DESIGNING
First, send us your logo or design and then we will create a proof using CAD software. This is where we can add unique features like cut-outs, dual plating or glow-in-the-dark enamel to make your coin stand out.

DIE CREATION
Once the design is finalized a CNC milling machine creates precise dies for each side, capturing intricate details like 3d elements, sequential numbering, die cut edges and even background textures.

FINISHING
After striking or casting coins go through finishing steps like polishing, plating and enamel application. Our enamel colors including transparent enamel create bold contrasts against darker finishes and enhance the coin’s details.

STRICKING & CASTING OPTIONS
For simple coin designs, we use standard die striking or a hydraulic press for a sharper imprint. For intricate details or cut-outs, casting offers more flexibility and often a better price for custom coins.
